I can’t say enough about Lito and his crew they did an amazing job renovating my kitchen. I contacted a few different contractors before deciding on cutting edge Builders. What impressed me the most about Lito was how quickly he got back to me with his bid and his follow up.

Highly professional, efficient, and timely. Patiently worked with us since we were staying during the renovations process. We are extremely pleased with all work performed and will call them again when we decide to renovate in the future.

Very happy with Cutting Edge Builders! Very professional, excellent workmanship, genuinely friendly. It was a small job, and nearly every contractor I contacted didn't even return my calls. But Lito did return my call, promptly came out, and promptly rendered his estimate which was very, very reasonable. Lito came out for the job with his crew, and wrapped up with me at the end of the job to ensure I was satisfied. The job entailed erecting scaffolding every step along the way, so it was tedious and messy and I give them credit for all they did. They even cleaned up after, better than what I would have done. I am so satisfied with Cutting Edge, I am having Lito price another, bigger job for me I give them a five-star rating with no reservations! Highly recommend!.

My husband and I worked with Lito to remodel our kitchen and bathroom countertops and backsplash.

Firstly, he responded to my message quickly, and provided a free consultation at the exact time and day we had scheduled. No other contractor, I had scheduled with, made it at the scheduled time, and some didn't even show up.
We told him we wanted quartz countertops for the bathrooms and the kitchen, we wanted to extend our kitchen counter to create a bar, we wanted a large kitchen sink, and install our backsplash for us.

Secondly, Lito's estimate was pretty fair, especially in comparison to other estimates we received (Lito was charging us about $3500 less than the other contractors we met with). Included in his estimate was installation of countertops/bar/backsplash, demolition, all materials except backsplash and faucets (we already bought these ourselves), and our new microwave installation.
We paid %50 down, and the rest after the job was done. At first we were nervous, but Lito provided a contract listing all material, demolition, and labor he will be providing, a timeline, and the full price. He is also licensed, which helped ease our mind.

Thirdly, he would text me ideas and pictures of what we might like for our sinks and the quartz design. He also answered all of our questions. Also, Lito would call me if he recommended any replacements that may be needed before installing or charging me.

It took about 3 days of work to get everything completed, and we are very pleased with how everything looks! There doesn't appear to be any damages to the rest of our house nor any mess/dirt.

I highly recommend Cutting Edge Builders if you need any remodeling done, especially for the kitchen and bath!
